The International Court of Justice has just ruled the following conclusion under the Genocide Convention: «The Russian Federation shall immediately suspend the military operations that it commenced on 24 February 2022 in the territory of Ukraine».
There should be some hope in the court’s ruling. Hopefully, the ruling contributes to the end of Putin’s, and his men in Kreml, war in Ukraine.
