I'm not sure if you can, but why would you even want to? I was under the impression that the mentor lessons that are given are catered towards your mentor rating. By doing the chess mentor unrated, you would be creating a discrepancy between your actual playing strength and what your mentor rating suggests, thereby causing the mentor lessons you would be receiving to be not optimal for your specific needs due to these lessons being either too hard or too easy.
