Looking for chess lessons

Heyo! Im a first year highschool (gymnasium) student from Switzerland currently looking to improve at chess. I'm looking for a teacher or coach that could help me reach my goal of 1000 rapid. My budget is between 10.- and 15.-CHF(around 11-16usd) per lesson. Because of summer vacation the scheduling of the first few lessons would be rather flexible. I have already made an attempt at taking lessons around a year ago with an incredible teacher, but due to scheduling issues that didn't work out which is why i'd prefer to work with someone around the cet timezone or anyone who after summer vacation is available on saturdays or sundays between 09:00 and 21:30 CET or wednesdays 09:00-17:00 CET or any other day at 19:00-21:00 CET.
