I need a free coach.

Hello! For as long as I've been playing chess, I've been stuck under 200 elo and can't improve. Every game I screw up. I need a coach, but I can't afford one. Can anyone help?

I'm just an average player but I did a quick look through your last few games for obvious issues.

1. Giving free pieces and not taking free pieces

2. Not paying attention to what your opponent is threatening

3. Losing time by not developing and doing useless moves

4. Not always following basic opening principles

I might be able to help if you really really need it. But even without a coach, the biggest way to improve at your elo level is to slow down to check which pieces your opponent can take for free and which pieces your opponent is letting you take for free.
