My end games are a mess, my middle game is muddled & my opening are boring & bog standard! Having ADD makes it really hard to focus & even though I’m faithfully watching all the tutorials & going through the puzzles & practices, my game is just a mess. Would anyone be willing to help me improve. I’ve been on this site for two years but literally only started with conviction about two months ago. I have no idea what I’m doing! 😆
I wish I could help you, but most people beat me in chess easily. I think that this is because I pay so little attention. I have no idea if this might help you at all, but maybe try thinking about what chess pieces you want to keep and then taking more time to look for ways the opponent can take them. If you are having a bit of trouble focusing, then (I have no idea if it would be helpful by saying this) you could try to make your games longer so that you have more time to look around the board.

You could start by watching some beginner videos on YouTube. Nelson Lopez has some very good videos covering the basics.
I offer private lessons if you are interested! Maybe we can do some sparring and see where you can improve.
