Chessnut Go bluetooth connection not showing on devices

You don't connect that way. You just connect through the Chessnut app or if you want, the Chessconnect extension (see the long post about it here).

FYI - As much as I love Chessnut products, they can be a little slow to respond to things. They will eventually but it sometimes takes them a couple of days. There is a good community of users here so it may be quicker to ask here first.
Also, if you have not checked it out look into the Chessonnect extension, created by a chess[]com users (@joernupbde) and works very well both here and on Lichess.
[SOLVED] Hi all, i've just received a chessnut go and the bluetooth connection isn't showing up in any of my devices (pc/mac/ android tablet and 2 two different iphones) anyone had the same problem?
I'm contacting the company for the problem.
