[SOLVED] Chessnut Go bluetooth connection not showing on devices

[SOLVED] Hi all, i've just received a chessnut go and the bluetooth connection isn't showing up in any of my devices (pc/mac/ android tablet and 2 two different iphones) anyone had the same problem?

I'm contacting the company for the problem.

FYI - As much as I love Chessnut products, they can be a little slow to respond to things. They will eventually but it sometimes takes them a couple of days. There is a good community of users here so it may be quicker to ask here first.

Also, if you have not checked it out look into the Chessonnect extension, created by a chess[]com users (@joernupbde) and works very well both here and on Lichess.

Thank you guys, i've already installed the chessconnect extension and it works flawlessy.

I've also installed graham's programs https://goneill.co.nz/chess.php that integrate the board (and other brands) in many chess programs included chessbase and fritz.
