HI,

I'm sorry but English is not my language. Could you suggest books on beginner level move calculation and then, once you have learned the concepts, other advanced level books? when I play I often can't identify the best among the candidate moves. in fact sometimes I don't even find the candidate moves. thanks for the help.

Hello.
You should start solving mate in 2 and mate in 3. It will boost your calculation skills. Do it correctly. First find all candidate moves. Then calculate in your head and write down all variations. After that check your answers.

Hi,

Hi, take into account that identifying candidate moves is a different thing than calculating. You probably want to understand in which of the two you are lacking, and then work on that aspect.
