'400 chess strategy puzzles'

I'm working through this book now. The puzzles are hard - mostly ones where GMs made a natural move that was a strategic error. I think that it as the potential of improving my play if I figure out the right way to study my errors. So... suggestions appreciated!

With all that said, its ebook format of puzzles with links to soln and links back is perfect. I was thinking that the same format would be effective for some kinds of math problem-books. Does anyone here know how an ebook with this link structure is prepared? (and can it be prepared in Latex)?

ps-- What the book doesnt have, that would make it better, is soln with verbal idea behind it and then a few simple puzzles where the same idea is effective.
