delta5ply only Indian National can join Taleigao Chess Academy. It is not an online acadmey, But certainly if you are comming to Goa any time you are most welcome to take part in Academy activites.
TALEIGAO CHESS ACADEMY Sports Club was formerly registered under Societies Act 1860 Reg No 553/GOA/2007 on 2007 with following 19 as Founder members.

Taleigao Chess Academy (TCA)is formed (by Sarvashree Madhu Savaiverekar, Shravan Barve, Shrikant Barve, Ganesh Manerkar, Sanjay Barve, Sunil Sutar and others)
to promote Chess at Primary School level in Goa.
Our main aims are:
1.To promote chess as learning tool.
2.To promote Chess at Pre Primary and Primary level in Goa.
By means of organizing
a. Chess Coaching Classes for children, parents, teachers etc.
b. Chess Tournaments for Children.
c. Exhibition of Chess Posters at Public Places.
d. Holding seminars on Chess.
e. Encouraging influential people to create Chess Parks.

On Jan 26 TCA has release "The Right Move" a book on Chess and Education at the hands of Veteran Chess Player and founder of All India Chess Federation Shri Bhausaheb Padasalgikar.
