hi, I am a cuban-american who learned the game of chess at the age of 14 and had the opportunity  to play a couple of scholastic tournaments back in the old country, I did pretty good and earned the right to register at ISLA (a chess club for talented students..) , not long after, I migrated to the USA and didn't play chess for about ten years...Im excited to have found this website because now I can play players from all over the world and all skill levels.

Im looking forward to improving  my chess and keep enjoying this amazing website.
