To be promoted to coordinator, you need 1 victory in a match or 5 participation in a match.
To be promoted to administrator, you need 10 wins in a match or 50 participation in a match after the coordinator.
To be promoted to the chief administrator, you need 100 wins in the match or 500 participations after the administrator
