1. This club follows secularism. Do not discriminate against other members on the basis of nationality, religion, race, caste, creed and gender.

2. Do not swear/curse/bully/threaten/harass/fight with other members. Do not be mean. Do not use foul language and racial slurs. If you are having problems regarding any member, do contact the owner.

3. Talking about or sending pictures containing sexual references are strictly prohibited in this club.

4. Do not plead in the notes/forums/announcements for promotion.

5. Do not advertise your club in the notes/forums/announcements. Advertising is allowed only in the advertising forum. Creation of a new forum for advertising clubs is prohibited.

6. Everyone has the freedom to do anything in this club, only if your conduct does not hurt anyone.

7. Do not use an alternative account in this club if that alternative account is not approved by chess.com.

8. Do not cheat in this club's tournaments/vote chess/event games.

9. Purposefully voting for bad moves in Vote Chess is prohibited.

10. Do not resign in a vote chess game unless everyone else in the club has agreed to.

11. Admins must not misuse their powers. Do not kick/ban/mute people without the owner's consent. Nor can you unban/unmute people without the owner's consent. If you want to do so, you must convince the owner regarding the matter.

Anyone who violates these rules shall be demoted/muted/kicked/banned.

Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. Even the club owner must follow all the rules.
