How To Set Up An UNrated Match (Example offered for 'Daily' : ).....

From the Chess.com Main Menu

(this is as seen on a laptop - not necessarily how it appears on a cell phone):

Press 'Play.’
Press 'Play,' again IF you already have other Matches in progress.
Press ‘Play a Friend.’
Press “Find a Friend.’
Enter the Name of the Chess.com Player you wish to invite / challenge.
Press the Player's Icon when it comes up / appears based on Step 5, above.
Several options now appear:

"Standard" < if you press on this you can select different types of games (“Standard” means the way Chess is classically / traditionally played).
“10 Min.” < Here you select the duration of the time between Moves, from 10 min.s to however many Days preferred.
"Rated" < Press this to DEselect .... assuming that you want an UNrated Match.
"I Play" <
- "Random" = Chess.com determines if you are to be White or Black; or
- “White;” or
- “Black.”
“Allow ‘Take Backs’” < By pressing you ENABLE Take Backs (meaning you can actually REVERSE Moves already made by both you and your opponent! – Be careful with this, cause if you like to set up “Conditional” moves, those can also be Reversed by your opponent.
“Set Up” < For a normal Match, you leave this as “Standard.”

Press “Play.” – This sends your Invitation, aka, Challenge, to your Friend. You will now see that your Invitation Challenge, has been sent to your above named Player. You will see confirmation of this if you go to Main Menu > Home, whereby said Match will appear as ‘Pending’ ... Chess.com is indicating that your Match is awaiting Acceptance by the person to whom you sent the Invitation Challenge.
