1. Amount of games you will play is 2 players per month as white and black this will account for 4 games in total per month. This way we will have a 2013 league champion and there after 2014-2015-2016 and so on

2. Top player for each league promoted bottom player relegated.

3. In the event of a tie for top place or bottom place tie break will go to the person who won there games in second instance the person who won a game with the least amount a moves against each other.

4. All games will be played on no vacation this will ensure the leagues keep moving along.

5. All games set at 2 days per move, UNRATED. Person who is on the left will always send challenge but either player can initiate the challenge. You must play as white and black.

6. League challenges should be sent by the 10th accepted by the 15th of every month.Both challenges should be sent in this time frame. If challenge is not sent the other player will forfeit the game and points awarded accordingly.

7. 3 points for a win 1 point for a draw.

8. Post result in this forum win or draw.

9. The name of the match should be the name of the competition.
