#2 Hint: We want to win the h4 pawn for free.
#1 Solution: We start with Nxe4, threatening their queen and winning a pawn. The queens get exchanged and now they play a desperado with their bishop. This way, if we take their rook, they only lose one point of material. However, we have another trick up our sleeve- Bb4+. After c3, we can safely exchange the rook for their bishop and win two pawns. Now we're on our way to winning!
#2 Solution: This one's easier than the first. We start with Bh7+, an attraction and fossilization move. If they play anything other than Kf8, they lose their rook. (Kf7 doesn't work because Kf7 Bg6+ Kxg6 Rxe8 they make a losing exchange or Kf7 Bg6+ Kf8 Rxe8+ we win a free rook.) After Kf8, we need to play a zwischenzug. If we took their h4 pawn now, we'd lose our rook, so we need to trade those off first. After Kxe8, we play Rxe4. Now we're up seven points of material, and we're winning!
