Khitomer was an inhabited planet located in the Khitomer system. Khitomer played a vital role in the development of the Klingon-Federation alliance, being the site of the Khitomer Conference of 2293 as well as the victim of a Romulan sneak attack on the planet's Klingon colony in 2346. (regular) This Planetary Installation is under the protection of the Romulan Imperial Fleet as part of the Star Trek Team Chess League. (STTCL)
