With the events that have happen on Team England over the past few weeks I think its time to ask what can we do about it.

Over the last couple of weeks the dissatisfaction of most members of the #countychess users is alarming.

We need to do something about this and now with a spokesperson from Team England in the group its the time for discussion in the open not on the irc site.

The points that should be discussed are

· Should we start a new England team

· Should we solve are differences with Team England

· How we would like to see a England chess team evolved

Personally i would like a team that is strong and friendly but not run like a dictatorship and being so dictatorial.

The team should stamp out any signs of bullying and racism quickly.

I would like to here on this forum from everybody in this group on there thoughts and maybe we can move forward and stop the pettiness and backbiting that is going on.
