Dear friends, i am putting up some steps to build a good team

Step 1. Invite 30 people per day

a) invite online players from here

b)invite high rated players from here

c) Invite players in this format

i) invite 10 online players

ii) Invite 5 1900+ players from the second link by putting the max rating as 1900 who are online only

iii)Invite 5 1700+ players THE SAME WAY

iv)invite 5 1500+ players

v)invite 5 1300+ players

Step 2. Start 5 player team matches with 3 days per move, no auto start with upper limit 200+ ur average rating. Do this until u cross 200 members. Start 1 match per week with weak teams

Step 3.Start 5 days vc first and start with weak teams

Step 4 . encouarge people to participate thru news items and forums

Step 5. enjoy urselves
