About Me:

Hi! I'm Elias, and I began playing chess when I was 8 but quit as I hated chess tournaments. On November 9th 2022, I began my comeback in the middle of school exam week after watching a Gothamchess video (Beating Martin with 30 queens) and seeing people in my class playing some bullet and blitz. Since I have reached 1700 rapid, 1500 blitz, been runner-up in a school chess tournament against people 300 points higher than me (at the time I was about 1300) and made lifelong friends from this timeless game. 

Monthly Targets:

1. Mid 1700s by end of March 2024
2. 1600 blitz by end of March 2024
3. Pick weapon vs D4 and study Classical Sicilian and Italian.

Yearly Targets:

1. 1800 rapid by end of 2024
2. 1500 blitz by end of 2024
3. Played some OTB tournaments.
